Intro 2 and Credo 和Allae 区别:
箱体:Allae 平面使用的扇形,顶面圆弧形。底部采用浇铸,和地板接触更有利。并使用了黄铜消振体,减少箱体的公振。三者都用了 PIPs.
低音单元:
Intro 2 使用了 自己制造的压篮纸锥低音单元。热塑相位塞。 Credo and Allae 了和SBL同样的低音单元,Credo不配对, Allae and SBL中进行了手工配对并加了mass-damper. 相位塞使用了铝材,加大了功率。Intro 2高音为Vifa; the Credo, Allae and SBL使用了Scanspeak D2008。 Credo没有配对, Allae and SBL中进行了手工配对并加了mass-damper.
The Allae tweeter is mounted in a sealed enclosure on a flexible leaf-spring decoupling plate similar to that used on the IBL / NBL / DBL loudspeakers.
Crossover
The Intro 2 uses a internally-mounted single passive network for the tweeter; the bass driver runs full range. This allows for passive bi-amping at a later point. 32-strand wire as used in Naim's amplifiers is soldered to each driver.
The Credo and Allae use a CXO external crossover box, mounted on the rear of each speaker, derived from that used in the SBL. This may be easily removed for active operation with two or more amplifiers and an external active electronic crossover.
The Credo uses 32-stand wiring on the inside, and thicker multistrand wire outside. The Allae uses the thicker multistrand wire both internally and on the external crossover.
