"GLOW is a registered trademark of Hercules SoundWorks, Inc., a US corporation based in El Paso, Texas. You are not authorized to sell products using the GLOW mark, and none of your materials can display the GLOW mark.
The products you are attempting to sell have been rejected by GLOW because GuanLong, the company contracted to manufacture these products, did not build them to proper specification. There are numerous problems with the amplifiers built by GuanLong, including a faulty USB device, poor grounding, substitution of inferior components, and poor reliability. The quality of the construction and appearance also failed to meet GLOW AUDIO's standards. For the above reasons, GLOW AUDIO rejected these amplifiers and terminated its relationship with GuanLong.
YOU ARE HEREBY ON NOTICE THAT THE SELLING OF THESE ITEMS WITH THE GLOW MARK IS IN VIOLATION OF PROVISIONS OF US, CHINESE AND INTERNATIONAL TRADEMARK LAW.
Hercules SoundWorks reserves the right to pursue legal action if the GuanLong website continues to display products with the GLOW logo, or if you continue to try to sell products with the GLOW logo on the internet or through other means.

“GLOW 是美国 Herclues SoundWorks Inc.公司的注册商标。 该公司驻地于美国德克萨斯州艾尔帕索市。你们无权以GLOW 商标的名义出售产品或相关材料，也就是说，你们的销售商品上不能有任何与”GLOW“相关的字样。
你们(冠龙公司)试图要出售的产品由于未能达到与 GLOW AUDIO公司所签订合同的规定标准被GLOW拒收。贵公司的产品存在诸多问题，这其中包括错误的USB装置，低劣的grounding, 生产部件的原材料质量低劣，产品质量可靠性低等。产品的组装和外观同样也未能达到GLOW AUDIO的预期和规定标准。
由于以上所述原因，GLOW AUDIO公司拒收冠龙公司生产的Amplifier产品，并且终止了与冠龙公司的合作关系。
因此在这里我们想要声明：试图以GLOW 商标的名义出售贵公司所生产产品这一行为
触犯了美国，中国和国际商标法条款。
如果冠龙公司继续在网页上以GLOW 商标出售产品，或者试图继续通过互联网或其它方式以GLOW 商标出售产品，Herclues SoundWorks有权依法采取法律行为。
