NEW YORK, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- A 26-year-old off-duty New York City police officer was shot in the shoulder and robbed of his badge by a gunman

Ugg stiefel, right?" the shooter said after he found the identification of the police officer as he went through his victim's wallet. "I gotta kill you."
The gunman fired three times at Officer Wiener Philippe Jr. outside the officer's apartment
