Jeff 250 continuum 250 is a fine choice to drive S1.4.
The amp has good power and control and can generate beautiful sound partering with S1.4. The only regret is that S1.4's bass is not deep and meticulous enough to embrace symphonies.

For Rock and Jazz, US CDP is your first choice such as Cary or Wadia.
For cables, I recommend Transparent.

楼主是要在小空间听爵士和人声，偶觉得S1.4并不合适，反而是3分频的ELAC BS602 X-JET更合适。
