如无意外,偶下周会去香港采访拿索斯唱片公司老板克劳斯·海曼,大家觉得要问些什么问题呢?还有什么需要了解呢?

偶暂时想到以下这么多问题,大家补充一下啦,时间关系,暂时没有翻译成中文。

1 Could you tell us the experience of starting the lable of Naxos twenty years ago? Do you meet any difficulties when you make the new business? How do you conquer them?

2 Why do you setup the company’s headquarter in HK instead of any other place with great music tradition such as Germany or USA or UK? It is said that most of your company’s CDs are made in Germany instead of HK, could you tell us the reason?

3 Besides the modest outlay, are there any other special advantages of Naxos contribute to the success of your company? It is said that Naxos do not invest too much on advertisement, do you think it is a key factor since cost saving?

4 The label of Marco Polo puts great efforts on promoting Chinese Music. Do you have any plans for Chinese Music records released in future?

5 How do you think of the format of music in future? Naxos place great efforts on new digital delivery formats with Naxos Music Library, do you think music on line will replace traditional CD records in the future? Also how do you think of the future of new formats such as SACD and DVD Audio?

6 You always sign contracts with musicians of modest reputation to make records with Naxos in order to cut cost. How do you select musicians? Do you have your own criteria? Will the strategy be continued? Seems that Naxos start to make records some famous orchestras, such as LSO, LPO, RPO in London.

7 Could you tell us Naxos’ collaboration with HKPO? You use their playbill’s one page for advertising. Will you sponsor orchestras in mainland to do so in order to promote the label in China?

8 I am handling the marketing and importing issue of CD records in Shenzhen, do you have any suggestion of promoting music in the big city just next to HK? Do you think other places’ successful experiances can be transplanted to Shenzhen and China?

9 How do you think of Chinese musicians who record for Naxos? Such as Qian zhou, Ni Haiye, Yu Long, Shao En etc. Do you have any other plans to make records with other Chinese musicians? Especially some young conductors such as Li Xincao and Yang Yang.

10 Naxos has been the agent of many other small labels, such as BIS, Chandos, Hanssler, RR, they also appear on the Naxos Music Library, do you have any plans to add other labels? How do you handle the relationships with them?

11 Naxos has not released records of your wife for some time, could you tell us do you have any plans with her? Your wife’s Butterfly Story received great praise in China. And she was also good at playing many other works.

小李,问问海曼最近Naxos在得克萨斯州录制的中国14岁钢琴家Peng Peng(龚天鹏)与Slatkin合作演出录音如何?什么时候出版。鹏鹏目前跟随朱丽娅音乐学院钢琴系主任卡普林斯基学习钢琴,跟随著名作曲家John Williams学......


今天采访完回来,这个录音很快会出版了,大家稍等一下啦。

还有马可波罗的中国音乐部分很久没有新的录音了
在龙音与雨果两大民乐公司都基本不推出新品之际, Noxos是决定放弃民乐这个市场,还是反倒会大展拳脚,利用自己录音优势大展拳脚?


海曼承认他们基本放弃,不再有这方面录音,因为中国民乐只有中国本土市场,根本打不进其他国家,没有更多的商业价值。而且中国国内唱片公司也有出版,马可波罗没有什么价格优势。

搞恶一下,问老板近来好像没出西歧松子的唱片了(他们是夫妻),是否有感情问题?是不是有第三者涉足?
正经的,请LZ问:那索斯是以出廉价片起家的,和RR合作后搞了不少高价片,这种策略是否暗示公司发展方向的改变......


老板娘有新唱片继续出版,将会是比较冷门的作品, 好像是一个叫做Krauss的作曲家,还有Vanhal,这两位的协奏曲。

具体采访纪录暂时不便透露,请大家谅解。

海曼对音乐格式的看法另开一贴讨论。
