GML Impetus Tres是GML首推的最高款的三分频喇叭，中低单元采用法国碳纤维单元，速度优于纸盆单元，能再现原汁原味的录音。分频采用了高档的蒙多福电容，并且以高档OCC线连接，就连跳线都采用了澳大利亚Aurealis特殊设计开发的线材。它的低频单元与中高分体设计，单元之间不会互相干扰，而且在中高箱体和低音箱体之间有一块Isolation Damper隔离减震板，他能避震抗干扰，解析层次和密度都将让声音发挥到极致。外观上采用了高档车烤漆，可任意选择自己喜好的颜色配搭系统。

Impetus Tres 的设计为三分频喇叭，中高音和低 音单元为独立箱体，底部为低音8英寸碳纤维单 元，低音单元上面为中高频独立箱体，中音为4 英寸碳纤维，高音为1英寸钛球高音。这样设计 的主要好处是将低音箱体的共鸣从中高音隔离出 来而不受相互干扰。这样的分体设计可以减少过 多音染，失真和具备抗震效果。两个箱体之间还 额外增加了一块由特殊降噪减震材料制作而成的 减震隔离板。
关于其箱体，工程师们采用的材料是比普通MDF 密度还要大的密度板。低音箱里面设计了一个1 英寸厚度的交叉互锁式支架。这个互锁支架可以 减少和消散外壳谐振频率产生的振动。这个互锁 支架不只是消除振动这么简单，而且精心设计计 算其最大的空气流量和压力，以保证这个支架不 会增加低音扬声器所导致效率损失的阻尼因子。 中高音内部更是设计成密封式的分离箱体。这样 处理有助于平衡驱动器的阻抗响应和防止任何额 外的箱内谐振。

Overview
A3 is a 3 way design built into 2 separated enclosure, which the 8 inch woofer resides in the bottom enclosure and the mid/high on the top. The main benefit of such arrangement is to isolate the low frequency chamber from interfering with the mid-range/high enclosure. This isolation helps to reduce coloration, distortion and vibration between the two enclosures with a additional isolation baseplate with special damping materials(IsoDamp Composites).
Enclosure
The A3 enclosures structure utilizes materials which are much denser than normal MDF, for the lower enclosure it is designed with a cross inter-locking 1 inch thick bracing. This cross inter-locked bracing reduces and dissipate much of the vibration produced at the enclosure resonance frequency. The inter-locked bracing are carefully designed to ensure maximum air flow and compression, this is to ensure the bracing will no increases the damping factor of the woofer which causes loss in efficiency. The Mid/High enclosure is further separated into two more enclosure, mainly the mid-range on its own enclosure sealed away from the rest. The key benefit of such an arrangement helps to equalized the driver impedance response and prevent any additional resonance within that enclosure.
Transducers
The driver went through a very rigorous selection process and with capability of reproduce every single micro details of the musical track. This can only be done so with the help of carbon fibre woofer/mid and a neodymium titanium tweeter, to achieve fast bass response, ultra linear and detail mid/high. The GML A3 creates a high-end choice of floor standing loudspeaker for the audio market.
Crossover Network
GML A3 uses Mundorf capacitors and Inductors and to ensure the highest quality of the acoustic reproduction, the A3 uses Mundorf Evo Alu Oil, Evo Silver Gold Oil, M-Resist Resistors and Air-Core inductors where the low frequency uses a 14AWG inductors. *With options to upgrade the capacitor to Duelund Coherent.
