The V-Cap OIMP series (Oil Impregnated Metalized Polypropylene) film capacitors are the result of an extensive research and development project by a team of world-renowned experts in electrical engineering, chemistry, materials science, and some of the top minds (and "ears") in the audio industry. Selecting the best film was just one of many stages in the design and refinement process that led to the V-Cap OIMP series. Transferring the unique Variable Stage Quadrant Dielectric? Despite the higher expense, the V-Cap design team selected a premium grade solid brass cannister*, deemed to be sonically transparent and structurally superior to other materials tested. 上周末这款油浸电容在上海有点小轰动。

据当事人短信描述,当这未褒开的油浸电容一开声的时候,全部在场的人都中毒倒地不起。说是不但解析力高,关键是音乐感太好了。转听LP的一个烧友也开始一张一张的去播放所有收藏的CD唱片,说是一点数字味都没了,解析力和音乐感并存。

建议sprs组织一次“V-cap TFTF特富龙电容巡回试听活动”,可由对此电容心思的烧友自愿报名并交付押金同时承担一次快递费,活动结束后退回押金, 建议选用0.47uf和2.0uf两款TFTF特富龙电容作试听。

V-cap已经很轰动了,我以为大家知道,云南某版主已经搞了好多了。成都的发烧友前前后后也已经拿下20多只。这个东西很有意思,说上一个城市就呼呼啦啦上好多只,而不上的城市零零星星的或者干脆一只都没有。


wxs 提的是个好注意,当然我希望是以每个城市为一个据点的,组织人是博士或者博士最好,最好每个地区有5人以上参加的。我和欧博的马经理商量下,我觉得提供两只0.1uF的比较容易,大家可以讨论下,如果觉得0.22或者0.33的更合适,也可以商量。当然第一站,是要负责褒电容的,500个小时,提示下,我自己褒过,很痛苦很痛苦。褒的时候是痛苦的流泪,但是褒出来后是幸福的流泪(附注:都是在心里流,男子汉不形于色)。

最主要的用法是用在胆机电子管之间的信号耦合。或者功放输入的隔直流电容,或者CD以及前级输出的隔直流电容。如果你有胆机,前级还是后级都可以,自己打开看下,可以看到至少2颗大个的薄膜电容,替换同容量的电容既可。

还可以用在DAC的LPF电路,当然V-cap最小的只有0.01uF的,因此要专门为V-cap设计的LPF电路才可以。DAC芯片本身也需要一些小电容,这里也非常适合用特氟隆电容。

还可以用在电源供电部分,英文说是by pass,有翻译为旁路电容的,也有叫校正电容的,就是在原大电容上并小电容提高音质,一般在运放旁边都有两个0.1uF的小电容,成品机多用红Wima的,红Wima的太火爆,用这个之后声音会好很多,当然这种用法的确太奢侈了。

关于特氟隆电容和油浸电容。

首先两者容量范围是不同的,特氟隆电容是0.01~3.3uF,主要用于信号耦合和滤波。油浸电容从1uF~47uF,用于前级输出或者音箱分频器网络。

其次两者的追求不同,或者说设计目的不同。TFTF特氟隆电容的设计是要造就世界上最好的电容,它最大的特点是平衡,就是说解析力也很高,速度也很快,同时乐感也很好,都很好,达到一个近乎完美的平衡点。V-cap本身的解析力天下无敌,但是他的音色平衡度才是它最大的优点,这一点来源于它的老版Chris先生长的25年的音乐演奏生涯。

而虽然V-cap TFTF特氟隆电容拥有了至高的平衡度,可以让本身很靓的录音表现的无比美妙,但是对于本身不好的录音表现的就是录音的缺点。而油浸电容特有的音乐味也是非常美妙,无时不折磨着每个发烧友,而市面上的油浸电容大多因为工艺问题,寿命有限。因此Chris决定再开发一款油浸电容来获得油浸电容特有的美妙音乐味,同时还要保证发烧友可以听过世的长寿稳定性。而且确实如此,Chris老版给OIMP的质保是一手终身,就是说第一手买家在去世之前都保修。所谓一手,是为了防止爷爷听了留给孙子,轮到孙子的孙子听的时候坏了就不能保修了。当然Chris并没有记录下购买人的身份和年龄....
