您相信一部50瓦純A類後級可以推得動Dynaudio的旗艦Evidence嗎？老實說我不太相信，不過，Clayton的設計者兼老闆沈文清卻說確有其事。沈文清不會說謊，聽他這麼說，我又相信了。其實，Evidence的效率並不低，按理說50瓦也不無可能，不過每個人對於「推得動」的定義不太一樣。在聽某些音樂時，我相信50瓦一定可以。不過，在需要大動態的大型管弦樂時，我想輸出功率應該是多多益善。
Clayton在美國收到的好評多到可以裝訂成一本論壇的厚度有餘，它的好處是純A類，而且比其他廠牌便宜很多，像S-40純A類50瓦才賣2,950美元。或許是因為它的外觀造型並沒有特別炫的地方，所以有些人看不上眼。其實就是因為箱體沒有花上天價成本，所以它才能賣那麼便宜。今年，Clayton展出的還是P2000高電平前級與與全平衡式純A類每聲道300瓦後級S2000，P2000每部2,800美元，S2000每部8,800美元。
這次去聽音響展心得很多,尤於是第一次參展,因此在此之前對音響論壇所報導的器材會 產生很多幻想.但是在實際聽了以後卻發現根本不是那麼一回事.其中聲音最好的是 DYNAUDIO EVIDENCE,其次是CONSEQUCNCE以及AVALON,第三名是ATC,其他的根本就 不能聽或者就是聲音與價格根本不能成正比.整套的GRYPHON聲音或許很中性,但根本就 不感人或者說一點音樂性也沒有,但是你若要比中性則JBL又更中性,但JBL太直接了,個人 覺得可能只適合在錄音庢使用,.在MBL的房間,雖然是整套的頂級器材,但是一聽下來卻發現 根本就沒有低音,雖然聲音很遼闊,但音質卻又沒有CONSEQUENCE的美,尤其是聽完 DYNAUDIO的器材後再回去聽MBL,就會發現其聲音很乾. 另外最有趣的事乃是在GENESIS300的房間,一進去之後,老闆就問我好不好聽(因為,裡面 的其他的客人向老闆說不好聽,然後老闆才問我這個第三人的意見如何),我客氣的回答好聽 (然後老闆就半開玩笑的說,因為那些客人的器材比較貴,所以就說GENESIS300的聲音不好聽), 之後我就出去了,結果逛完一圈回到GENESIS300展示室外,剛好碰到原先那些complain的人在 外面報怨說,明明不好聽,日月的老闆硬說好聽,當場讓我和女朋友快笑出來,事實上在參觀音響 展之前我心目中排名第一的喇叭就是G1,但這次實際聽了之後發現GENESIS300的聲音和其他 喇叭比較之下,我覺得GENESIS300的聲音很像大鍵琴,清清亮亮的,其他的喇叭如ATC則好比 鋼琴,聲音密實有重量感,而且晶瑩剔透,我不知道怎麼會這樣,是GENESIS本身的聲音就是如 此還是老闆沒有調教好呢,不過GENESIS300低音沒跑出來倒是真的.啊我心目中的銘器怎麼會 是如此呢!根本不是我所想的聲音. 另外Pass600真的很棒,不過這個很棒的聲音不是在B&W801發出來的而是在DYNAUDIO 的鑑聽喇叭發出來的. 總結這次經驗個人覺得實際聽了之再回去看雜誌會有相當大不同的觀點,至於是什麼觀點 並不重要,重要的是有機會大家應該實際聽一聽,重新建立真正屬於自己的觀點!!!!
